Refund policy
Refunds are available for eligible purchases within 30 days of the original transaction.
After 30 days, refunds are not typically provided.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
How to request a refund
Log in to your account.
Go to the Billing or Orders section.
Select the order you want refunded.
Click Request Refund and complete the short form.
Our team will review and confirm via email within 3–5 business days.
Cancelling a subscription
To cancel, go to Account Settings > Subscriptions.
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
